The KoolFlex Knee Orthosis with Positive Control Distal Strap is a medical device that is designed to provide support and stability to the knee. It is intended for use in cases of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, Medial/Lateral Collateral Ligament Instability, Mild to moderate Anterior and Posterior Cruciate Ligament Instability (ACL, PCL), Patella Subluxation, Osgood Schlatter Disease, Arthritis and Patella Tendonitis.

The device is made of breathable, open-cell KoolFlex material and features a patella opening for positioning and comfort, an inverted horseshoe for patella support, a lower strap with a guide for positive positioning and control of patella tracking, medial and lateral spiral stays, upper and lower adjustable straps, fits the left or right knee, and is 12 inches in length.
