Soft, built-up handle contains flexible ribbing that adapts to any grip
The safety edge, stainless steel blade measures 4-1/2" (11cm) and can be sharpened with a knife sharpener
Includes a protective blade cover to be used while stored
Household dishwasher safe
Not made with natural rubber latex
