Tips on How to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape
Foot Arch (A₁): Wrap the tape snugly around the arch of your foot—from the top of your instep, under the arch, and back up
Ankle (B): Measure just above your ankle bone at the narrowest part
Calf Circumference (C): Measure around the widest part of your calf
Calf Length (AY/BD): Measure from the bottom of your heel (floor level) to just below the crease of your knee
Sit or stand comfortably during measurement
