When getting a massage for relief isn't a possibility, the Thera Cane will do the job. This simple yet effective self-massager makes it easy for you to apply deep compression directly to hard, knotted trigger points, wherever they are. It breaks up tension in the hardest to reach muscles. Pressure applied helps to maximize the flow of oxygenated blood to the muscles.

Perfect when sitting or reclining. Easy-to-grip handle can be picked up by those with weak grasp. Lid screws on tightly to prevent spills or leaks.

Ergonomic Nosey Cup provides a steadier grip with its contoured shape and has slightly textured surface. A special cut-out for the nose area allows users to drink easily without tipping the head back. Translucent plastic allows easy monitoring of liquid intake.
