There is no "industry standard" for handrim sizes/shapes even within the same size wheel
Will NOT fit over Oval or U style handrims (Surge or Natural Fit)
Is NOT recommended to install over coated handrims
Measure the outside diameter of the handrim across the center hub to the opposite outside of the handrim as seen in the picture below.
