• Concealed Damage Policy
  In the event that concealed damage is discovered after delivery, the claim must be filed within 5 calendar days from the delivery date (this includes weekends).
• Transit Damage
  If the damage is apparent at the time of delivery, the shipment must be refused at the point of delivery. Any damages resulting from transit must be reported immediately to ensure proper processing of the claim.
