Using Your Mask for the First Time

Your TAP PAP mouthpiece must be fitted prior to using the mask. This involves soaking it in boiling water to soften, then positioning the trays along your upper and lower teeth to create an impression. After fitting the mouthpiece, you will need to try each of the nasal cushions to find the right size for you. Please see the user guide for more details on this process.

    Medical Implant Safety

This mask does not contain magnetic clips. This means it is safe for people with pacemakers, insulin pumps, and other medical implants.

    Finding the Perfect Mask Fit

The TAP PAP Nasal Pillow Mask is made up of a personalized mouthpiece and a nasal pillow cushion that is offered in three different sizes (small, medium, and large). If you experience mouth discomfort while using the TAP PAP, you can refit the mouthpiece by following the fitting guide included in your user manual. If you experience air leaks or nasal pillow slipping, we suggest trying a different nasal pillow size.
