- Light resistance using Soft Touch #1 (1 to 1-1/2 lbs.)
- Medium resistance using Soft Touch #2 (2-1/2 to 3 lbs.)
- Firm resistance using Soft Touch #3 (4-1/2 to 6 lbs.)
