• Can attach a garden hose if need extra length. Just remove sprayhead and attach garden hose.

Troubleshooting tips: 

• Tub spouts can have extreme water pressure. 
• The Rinseroo works best on tub spouts that allow a reduction in water flow.
• If you are unable to reduce your water flow, please don’t purchase this product or use it without the spray head. Please also know that it works with gravity. You will need to rinse or bathe in the tub. The water will not flow upward to the top of the shower.
• If you have a narrow tub spout: roll the rubber connector down onti itself to create a snug fit and add the velcro strap from the box if needed
