A surface gel on a base of high-density foam that provides the best pressure relief and redistribution for a wheelchair cushion. This cushion is recommended for those who have skin or pressure concerns or who spend extended time in the wheelchair
Water-based gel is strategically placed on top of a high-density foam. When gel is placed on top, it provides the most pressure-relieving support to bony prominences.
Cushion heights are 2.5" and 3" which are a lower profile for those that may foot-propel in wheelchair
Best protection for incontinence! Foam is surrounded by heat sealed vinyl cover where no liquids will contaminate foam.
Cushion can be used alone as a vinyl cushion with no additional cover as there are safety ties that secure the vinyl cushion to the wheelchair.
Velcro adhesive strips can be applied to the bottom of vinyl.
Water-based gel relieves pressure and cools the skin to prevent breakdown caused by perspiration and heat build-up.
High-density foam adds comfort and prevents bottoming out.
Low-Shear I launderable outer cover reduces skin damaging friction.
Incontinent-proof vinyl inner cover prevents urine from entering cushion.
Wipes clean for easy care.
