Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Brace | Elbow Splint for Radial or Ulnar Nerve Entrapment Treatment

At some point in our lives, we’ve all bumped our “funny bone.” But, it’s no laughing matter when you experience shock-like elbow throbbing combined with pinky and ring finger numbness and tingling. This sensation occurs when the ulnar nerve in your arm becomes compressed, entrapped, pinched, or irritated. Cubital tunnel syndrome is a condition that occurs when the ulnar nerve, which passes through the cubital tunnel—also known as the “funny bone” nerve—becomes inflamed, swollen, and irritated due to pressure or repetitive stretching.
    Product #: 211E01BA

    Details

    • Wearing a cubital tunnel syndrome brace can help reduce ulnar nerve discomfort and symptoms such as ring and pinky finger numbness or tingling, weakening grip and finger coordination, or hand muscle atrophy.
    • Long-lasting, medical-grade fastener straps help ensure a secure and stable fit for proper immobilization during recovery.
    • Can be worn day or night
    • Features an ulnar nerve elbow pad to protect ulnar nerve from damage, impact, and compression due to resting on elbow.
    • Includes Two Removable Stays: Each pocket contains a durable, polypropylene stay. One is thicker and more immobilizing. The other is thinner and more flexible. Depending on the degree of support needed, swap stays, remove one entirely, or remove both completely for full-range mobility. The stays are specifically engineered to prevent nerve entrapment due to excessive bending of your arm during the day or night.
    • This device allows some movement. Its two rigid stays prevent your elbow from bending past a 90-degree angle, protecting your elbow joint against excessive flexion and hyperextension (over straightening) to reduce tension on your ulnar nerve. You can remove the stays entirely for full mobility. Retaining some motion is during recovery extremely important because it allows your muscles to continue to work and strengthen while you heal.

    Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Elbow Brace

You have probably been the victim of an assault to your ulnar nerve, which can occur when you hit your “funny bone”. Normally, the sharp elbow pain, tingling, and numbness only last a few seconds, but with repeated irritation, this pain and subsequent damage can last for days. Your ulnar nerve covers a lot of real estate, traveling from the neck region of your spinal cord all the way down the forearm to your hand. It can become entrapped or pinched at numerous points besides the cubital tunnel of your elbow, though cubital tunnel syndrome happens to be one of the most common reasons for nerve entrapment neuropathy in your upper limb.

    Cubital Comfort Brace

The Cubital Comfort Brace is indicated for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. Two aluminum malleable stays are positioned inside the elbow to prevent excessive elbow flexion. Two stockinette arm bands easily position the brace on the arm, while two hook & loop straps secure the brace.

    IMAK RSI Elbow PM

Elbow PM offers exceptional comfort while gently immobilizing your elbow, preventing painful movements while you sleep. It is a leading brace for nighttime relief of cubital tunnel syndrome, or pain relating to pressure on the ulnar nerve.
