How it Works

• The Twig straightens the arm at the elbow, stretching it out of a typical spastic position
• When the arm is straight, exercise is more effective to strengthen muscles and prevent the shortening of muscles
• The Twig also enhances your proprioceptive sense
• Its gentle pressure raises your brain’s awareness of where your arm is in space
• This awareness makes it possible to carry objects between your arm and torso

Sizing

Slightly bend your arm and measure the circumference of your arm at your elbow, just above the joint.

• 10 inches or smaller = Extra Small
• 10 – 10.5 inches = Small
• 10.5 – 11 inches = Medium
• 11 – 11.5 inches = Large
• 11.5 – 12 inches or larger = Extra Large
