Use and Care Instructions

Prepare saline according to the directions above (1 teaspoon per 16 ounces of water).
Adjust the flow control knob so the stream is approximately 1 inch above the bulb.
Place the sinus tip up against one nostril and allow the solution to flow out the other nostril.
Do this for about 8 ounces and switch sides.
Rinse unit with clear water after each use.
Always mix any salt or powdered solution thoroughly before each use.
Be sure to rinse thoroughly after each use.
Avoid the use of sea salt.

Setup Instructions

Plug the electrical cord into the electrical outlet.
Remove the water tank and open the lip to fill it with distilled water, filtered water, or previously boiled water.
Place it back in its position.
Make sure water temperature is room temperature or lukewarm, between 92° and 101° Fahrenheit.
Add one teaspoon (5 grams) or one pre-measured packet of SinuAir saline powder for every 16 ounces of water.
For best results, mix the solution first, then pour it into the tank.
