Use and Care Instructions
- Prepare saline according to the directions above (1 teaspoon per 16 ounces of water).
- Adjust the flow control knob so the stream is approximately 1 inch above the bulb.
- Place the sinus tip up against one nostril and allow the solution to flow out the other nostril.
- Do this for about 8 ounces and switch sides.
- Rinse unit with clear water after each use.
- Always mix any salt or powdered solution thoroughly before each use.
- Be sure to rinse thoroughly after each use.
- Avoid the use of sea salt.
Setup Instructions
- Plug the electrical cord into the electrical outlet.
- Remove the water tank and open the lip to fill it with distilled water, filtered water, or previously boiled water.
- Place it back in its position.
- Make sure water temperature is room temperature or lukewarm, between 92° and 101° Fahrenheit.
- Add one teaspoon (5 grams) or one pre-measured packet of SinuAir saline powder for every 16 ounces of water.
- For best results, mix the solution first, then pour it into the tank.
