    Return Portal Instructions

    To Start a Return:

    1. Go to “My Account”
    2. Click on “Orders”
      1. In the orders page, you will see your orders listed in order of most recent to oldest order placed.
      2. You will see buttons for “Contact Customer Service”, “Order Details”, and if your order is eligible for return, you will see “Return Item(s)”

    3.         Select “Return Item(s)”

    4.        You will be prompted to select the item and quantity you wish to return

    5.        Choose the appropriate return reason from the drop down menu

    6.         Next, select your desired return action from the drop down menu

    7.        Add any comments below or click “Submit Return Request”

    To Track the Status of Your Return Request:

    1. Go to “My Account”
    2. Now that you have initiated a return, you will see “Return Requests” in your account dashboard

    3.        Return requests are broken up by item.

    4.        You can view the status of your requests in this section.

    5.        Please allow customer service team 24 – 48 hours to respond to your request.

    6.        If your return has been approved, you will be able to view the change in status and download your return shipping label from the returns page.

    7.        If your return was rejected, Customer Service will detail the reason why in the note within the request.
